Our Investment Process

  • 1

    1. Hustle

Leverage established broker, owner and joint venture partner relationships to flush out as many deals as possible.

  • 2

    2. Test

Take those deals back to the 'lab'. Run the numbers. Do a deep dive on due diligence. Pass on nearly everything.

  • 3

    3. Execute

Invest in the few deals that make it through the funnel. Add value through asset management. Reinvest profits. Repeat.
